How long will it take for my order to ship?
Most orders for in-stock items are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while custom equipment, such as golf clubs or personalized jerseys, may require additional lead time.
What is the Mizuno return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for products purchased directly from our website. Items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging. Please note that custom-built equipment and final sale items are not eligible for return.
How do I find the right shoe size for my sport?
We provide a detailed Size Guide on every product page to help you find the perfect fit. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for running shoes to allow for foot expansion during exercise.
Do Mizuno products come with a warranty?
Yes, we stand behind the quality of our gear. Most Mizuno products carry a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This excludes normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse.
Can I track my order once it has been placed?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can also track your status by logging into your Mizuno account and visiting the 'Order History' section.
